2. Service Coverage

We provide doorstep RO services in Gurgaon and nearby areas including: DLF, Sohna Road, Sector 56, Golf Course Road, and surrounding locations.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Service requests can be made through our website or phone call.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability.
  • Same-day service is provided where possible but not guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges start from the advertised price but may vary depending on issue diagnosis.
  • Spare parts and membrane costs are additional.
  • Payment must be made upon completion of service.

5. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

  • AMC plans cover periodic servicing as agreed.
  • Parts replacement may be chargeable depending on AMC type.
  • AMC validity begins from the date of payment.

6. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is provided only on selected spare parts (if mentioned).
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or water supply issues.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and accessible working space for technicians.
  • Provide accurate information regarding RO issues.
  • Allow proper inspection before repair begins.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel service before technician dispatch.
  • Cancellation after technician arrival may incur a visit charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

RO Care Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or pre-existing RO system conditions.
